Please provide a brief description of the renewable energy project you are seeking

PCFD is requesting proposals from qualified, renewable energy companies to provide the design, installation, and long-term operations/maintenance of on-site solar solutions for PCFD’s new affordable housing Project.  On -site options to be included are rooftop solar, carport solar and the potential for optional, added battery storage.

Attachment A-1 of this RFP is the proposed Roof Plan for 44 Central Street.  The Roof Plan identifies a rooftop solar project, however, the solar panels identified on this plan are for reference only, and do not represent a solar project or proposal.  Respondents to this RFP are to design their own solar projects for the sites included in this RFP.

Attachment B of this RFP is the proposed site plan for 44 Central Street.
