To realize those benefits and value and consistent with the broader state energy and environmental policy goals, KCWA has established a goal of being fully powered from existing and newly developed renewable energy sources. Accordingly, KCWA is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide KCWA with competitive market-based virtual net metering credits in accordance with the terms of this RFP. |
